I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT: Before filling out this form please be sure you have exhausted all other possibilities for storage including local storage services and friends/family. You are submitting this form because you have no other method of taking your belongings home with you or storing elsewhere. Students who submit a request for storage should do the following. 1 - All items that you want to be sent to storage will need to be packed in boxes and clearly labeled with your First and Last Name, Current Hall and Room. All items not packed in boxes will be discarded. It will be your responsibility to retrieve your stored items at a later date and time. Details for the storage pick up process will be communicated with you at a later date. *
