Each New Vendor Application is individually viewed by the department coordinator. Because of the high volume of submissions we may only contact the vendors, once we assign you with location and donation has been received.
*ALL VENDORS KEEP THEIR PROFITS*

If you do not hear back from us within 30 days please consider your submission closed. You may resubmit for consideration after 3 months. We appreciate your patients!

Each donation goes back into continuing to make this event free to the public. Thank you again for your support!
$50 Donation is Suggested per booth location. (You can also donate equivalent amount of product for giveaways and raffles)

ALL NON-PROFITS are FREE to Participate as a "Partnership Gesture" (We all attend each others events for Free)
ALL TEXAS PRIDES WELCOMED
To keep cost down we as for each vendor to bring their own 10x10 tent, table, and chairs. Map will be updated as donation and approval is received.
