Volunteer Sign-Up - Saturday, July 11th 
The Olympia Dragon Boat Festival (ODBF) wouldn't be possible without you each and every volunteer who donates their time. Thank you for joining us!

This year, we'll have an opening ceremony and live musical performances on Friday evening, ahead of the race day, as well as all the usual activities on Saturday the 11th.

Below, you'll find a variety of questions aimed to help us place volunteers in appropriate positions and schedules for the day. We'll always do our best to align volunteers with preferred roles, but cannot guarantee specific placements, as we need to fill every role - thank you for your flexibility! 
Complete and submit your form - that'll get you on the volunteer list, and we'll begin to finalize the assignments and other details as July approaches.

If you are available to work either morning or afternoon, but not both, please select the individual options below. If you are able/willing to work a full day, please also select that option, so we know you're up for it. If you do not indicate the "FULL DAY" option, we will assume that you would work either the shifts indicated.

We're going to be hosting an opening ceremony and music even Friday, July 10th, ahead of the race day activities. The rest of the volunteer opportunities take place on Saturday, July 11th!

Volunteer T-Shirt (artwork TBD)

Please refer to size guide above to determine shirt preference. All t-shirts will be unisex, with color and artwork to be determined by festival committee. 

Volunteer shirts will be provided at no cost, as a thank you for your time. We will arrange pickup of shirts prior to the festival on July 11th, or you can collect yours upon arrival at the event.
