No paint experience necessary, you will be provided your very own one time use stencil to paint from and you can choose the paint colors to match your home decor the night of the party. **Below is a picture of how the stencil will look and be used to help you with painting your wood sign and my chalk paint color swatch (add'l colors have been added). I will also have acrylic paints in various colors available to choose from as well.
Here is a short tutorial of the stenciling process with some instructions 1. Place your stencil onto your boards insuring it is centered and straight. GENTLY rub your stencil onto your wood board and get out any air bubbles especially around the edges of your design creating a good seal so that no paint seeps underneath. Remove the transfer tape. Lay the tape over top of itself pulling it taught toward you. 2. Now with the provided makeup sponge using a dabbing motion dab a thin layer of paint all over the areas of the stencil. Use a small amount of paint to insure you get nice crisp lines and it dries evenly 3. Once all paint is dry, peel up your stencil (it's okay if it rips) be careful as you peel, wiggle the stencil as you pull and help the stencil around the design and up and off the board. For the remainder of stencil use supplied toothpick to help remove all the little pieces. **Please Note if you applied your stencil with a lot of pressure or if you use the blow dryer over top of the stencil this makes the stencil extra tacky and you may end up with a weathered/rustic look meaning paint may lift up while removing the stencil.
