Full table (6ft): $175.00
Half table (3ft): $85.00

If registered and paid in full by January 1, 2021
Full table (6ft): $200
Half table (3ft): $100

***All fees and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.***

Your table will be covered with a plain black tablecloth. You can decorate it any way you want. Lunch will not be provided, but we will have a lunch break between 12:30 and 1:30.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FILLING OUT THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU A SPOT AT THE EVENT. Invoices will be sent via PayPal and they must be paid by May 31, 2020. If payment is not received by the final deadline, your spot will be released and given to the next author in line. Seating is limited, so make sure you register early.
