The warranty period of CleanMate products is 1 year for robot from the date of purchase (6 months for battery). If your CleanMate is within the warranty period, you can send it to us for warranty service. Please send us a copy of your receipt or purchase confirmation email. We will issue an RMA (return authorization) number to you to return it. All product returns require a valid RMA number. Customers pay the shipping to send the CleanMate to Metapo for warranty repair, and Metapo will pay the shipping to ship the repaired unit back to customer. The RMA # is only valid for 30 days.

When you send CleanMate unit to Metapo, please include all accessories & documents in the package, and clearly mark the RMA # on the outside of box. For consumer protection, dust bin must be emptied and not contain debris of any kind.
