We are so glad you reached out to us to nominate a family that needs our help turning their house into a home. Please complete this form in its entirety and submit it back to us.

This MUST be filled out by someone NOMINATING a family (NOT a member of the family in need). The nominator cannot live in the house. We do not accept applications from families that nominate themselves.

To be considered for The Pineapple Projects' program, families must be able to:

1. Provide proof they rent or own their home

2. Provide proof of income

3. Zero felony convictions in the last 12 months
