Job responsibilities 

Maintaining a clinical caseload of 10 session hours per week

Meet with an assigned licensed supervisor for monthly individual supervision, and attend monthly group consultation and training

Recieve additional support from the BIPOC lead for monthly individual consultation

Attend monthly group consultation with other BIPOC therapists within the program

Offer evidence based therapy in compliance with the ethical standards of the mental health profession

Collaborate with the operations team to determine a schedule that allows you to feel like a human being while still meeting your minimum hours

Requirements

Possess a valid, active license/pre-license issued by the state of Colorado (LPCC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Possess technology needed to conduct therapeutic and administrative services

If bilingual; posess language fluency that allows for competent, ethical psychotherapy

Possess professional liability insurance

Access to confidential space for virtual / in-person client sessions

Follow ethical and legal licensure and clinical guidelines

Payment, Time, & Location 

Payment at  Kind Therapy Inc.  is based on an ecosystem model according to position. We center equity. We understand that what impacts one person impacts the whole. Historically, workers with marginal identities have been financially harmed by systems of pay inequity. Because of this, equity at  Kind Therapy Inc.  looks like everyone on the same pay structure receiving the same, hourly rate. Raises are given out to equally to everyone when there is budget surplus. 

Pre Licensed/Post Masters Level 

Amount of Contracted Time per Week: 10 clinical hours 

$52 per clinical Hour

Licensed Level  

$70 per clinical Hour

Additional Administrative Rate

Kind Therapy Inc. offers the following pay for all therapists in this program. This pay will compensate for those that take part in the program’s monthly supervision/consultation and group consultations. We value the unique growth and development that will take place in these shared spaces. 

Amount of Time per month: 2 (one group and one individual consultation) 

$634.56 per year

$52.88 per month 

$26.44 per hour


* Kind Therapy Inc.  pays on semi-monthly payment terms which pays on the 15th and last day of each month. The pay periods end on the 5th and 20th of each month.
