E-WEEK REGISTRATION  FORM
Register yourself to participate in the E-WEEK

1. Events are to be  held online
2. ID card / Bonafide of the respective participants must be attached  for event registration.
3. The participants are advised to read carefully the rules and regulations for the various
events.
4. No registration Fee for any Event
5. The decision of the judges appointed for different events shall be final.
6. Last Date for Registration is 22nd November, 2021
7. Link for the Event would be provided 15 minutes prior to the event
8. Quizzard will have individual participation only . Rest of the events may have team of two members each
