The November 14, 2025 Annual Meeting will be conducted by mail, with both mail-in and online voting available. All members with voting rights may submit their vote either by returning the paper ballot or by using this online ballot.

A quorum of at least 10% of the total membership is required for each matter to be approved. For voting purposes, the following allotment of votes applies:

• Self-Advocate, Individual, Honorary, and Lifetime memberships = 1 vote
• Family and Corporate memberships = 2 votes

All votes must be submitted by December 5, 2025.
