Day Two – In Person Deepen Your Practice and understanding of the method.
Learn why Open Space works, explore essential ingredients for success, and practise key facilitation skills in a supportive setting.🗓️

Day Three – Dive Deeper into the Facilitator Training and Take Open Space Online.
Learn how to facilitate effective online events, craft powerful theme questions, and discover when Open Space is the right tool—and when it’s not.✅

📅 Dates: 26th/ 27th Sept (in-person) + 1st Oct (online)

👥 Suitable for people who have used Open Space before or those who are new and interested in learning about participatory ways of working.

With deep roots in whole systems thinking, creative collaboration, and inclusive participation, they bring a warm, practical approach to unlocking group potential – in person and online.

Terms & Conditions – Open Space Facilitator Training (2025)

By booking a place on this training, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Respect & Participation
This training is designed to be a supportive, inclusive, and participatory environment. All attendees are expected to respect the experiences, perspectives, and contributions of others throughout the event, both in-person and online. Discriminatory, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

Payment
Invoices will be sent out before the training - your place on the training will only be confirmed after PublicServiceWorks has received full payment. 

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 6 weeks prior will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made after this (and more than 4 weeks/ 28 days, before the training) will be eligible for a 30% refund.

Cancellations made under 4 weeks/ 27days before the training are not eligible for a refund.

If you are unable to attend, you may nominate someone else to take your place, subject to prior written agreement with the trainers.

If we need to cancel the training due to unforeseen circumstances we will arrange for an alternative date or offer a full refund to participants. 

Changes to Programme
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the schedule, facilitators, or format (e.g., in response to illness or unforeseen circumstances). Any major changes will be communicated in advance.
