External Physical Education Application

All External PE Applications are due by August 14, 2026 at 4pm to be considered for approval for the 2026-2027 school year.

Program Requirements

Before your application can be reviewed for approval, we require the following in order:

1. Complete this application

2. Instructor/Coaches must submit the athlete's weekly practice/training schedule. AISD will reach out via the Instructor's Email Address you provide in this application to collect this information.

3. Once your online application has been submitted and approved, an ExternalPE Fee will be requested via Skyward Q Fee Management (QFM). We anticipate the fees for the 26-27 school year to be ready for collections via QFM beginning mid-June; student schedules will not be changed into External PE without payment. (We will NOT be using RevTrak for External PE fees for the 2026-27 school year.)
