LifeKids Spencer Registration 2024-2025
A packet of additional forms to fill out will be sent to you after registration and MUST be returned BEFORE the first day of attendance to comply with DHHS (Department of Health and Human Services) licensure requirements.

Please note LifeKids follows the school calendar and is closed for summers, holiday breaks and if school dismisses early (for weather) We do cover the one inservice day each month and do NOT bill for the long holiday breaks

Monday - Friday includes monthly inservice day $35 per week. Snack included.

Wednesday - only $7 per Wednesday.

In-service day only $20 per in-service day.
(Your child will also need to register for Wedn in order to attend on the monthly full day)

Multi child family discount (-$5 per child). Example: 2nd child $30 per week, 3rd child $25 per week, 4th child $20 per week (for a family of 4 children the cost per week including the in-service day $110 per week).
