Flood Recovery & Resiliency Survey

As part of our commitment to supporting Hallowell’s vibrant downtown, Vision Hallowell is working to ensure that the city's building owners, businesses, and residents are receiving ongoing support in the aftermath of December 18th's flood.

Your input is invaluable to this effort. By filling out this survey, you will help us better respond to the flood-recovery of our community. We also hope to also use this survey data to help create a community-driven plan to help in the face of future floods and emergencies.

We know your time is precious, and we truly appreciate your responses. The survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete, but the impact of your participation will be long-lasting. This survey does not have a specific end-date; we will keep it open until we have a statistically significant number of responses. Please fill it out as soon as you can to ensure your voice is heard.
