Reconsideration of a resource

Reconsideration requests will not be acted on unless the complainant has spoken to the School Librarian concerned prior to submission of this form. This will enable the Librarian to discuss the school's resource selection criteria with the complainant and hopefully resolve any issues informally.

After the submission is acted upon:
□ The resource will be removed from library or classroom pending the outcome of the review
□ The resource will be considered by a committee. The complainant will be told the names of the committee members.
□ A member of the management team will be notified of the outcome
