Please note that the district is not addressing activation key issues currently.
I apologize for the inconvenience but I did not know that the district closed new accounts on the parent portal when producing the activation keys. Please do hold onto them. Once the district re-opens the parent portal, you will be able to create an account using that key.

https://jerseycitynj.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/jerseycity.jsp. There is a different account for students and for parents. If you already have an account, but forgot your password or username, click on the links on the page to reset. If you haven’t yet created an account please go to
www.jcboe.org and click on Parents Page, then Infinite Campus. This will take you to the Usage policy. Once you have read the policy and click on Agree, you will be directed to the Parent Portal URL.

If you have problems with this, please contact the helpdesk at
helpdesk@jcboe.org. They are the system administrators. The school does not have access to reset accounts or passwords.
