'Evolve' Membership Application - WebinArt 20/21
Thank you for applying to be an Evolve member of WebinArt 20/21! This application form is for creative practitioners of any experience level, whose main work is focused on these art forms and disciplines: Visual Arts, Combined Arts, Literature, Museums practice, Music, Theatre, Dance.

Due to the financial impact that many face due to Covid-19, the programme will be free during June, July and August. From 1st September, the remaining 9 months of the programme will cost £4 per month. Membership can be cancelled at any time.
