OPERATION GRADUATION 3.0: EnvisionEdPlus Design Lab Registration Form
EnvisionEdPlus is partnering with ESCs and service organizations across Ohio to host Operation Graduation 3.0 Design Labs (OGDL 3.0).

OGDL 3.0 events help HS teams: Refresh their memories on graduation requirements and better understand COVID-19 flexibility implications for graduation cohorts; Unpack state requirements for graduation plans and mandates around at-risk services; Discover strategies to implement graduation plans and at risk services regardless of where learning takes place; Experience ample planning time to work on YOUR school’s plan of action; and Receive feedback on your plans from colleagues and experts.

All labs will follow the same agenda, but times and costs may vary. High school teams can choose the event that best meets their schools’ needs. Design Labs are recommended for teams of 3-5 participants (principal, counselor, teacher, district administrator, and partner).

**Active participation of school administration is required in order to make best use of the day.**

COSTS
Unless otherwise noted, the registration fee is $300 per team (minimum of 3, maximum of 5 participants per team). Schools may choose to register additional team members at $50 per each additional person.
