¿Quieres exponer en Guadalindie? ¡Nos encantaría contar contigo! Vamos a tener una sala de exposición con más de 80 stands, los cuales son:

• Un espacio de 2 metros de ancho x 2 metros de profundidad,
• tendrán una mesa de 2 metro de ancho x 0,8 metros de profundo y dos sillas.
• en la parte trasera del stand irá una pared con lona elevada de 1.5 metros de ancho x 2 metros de altura (que luego los equipos podrán llevarse al terminar la feria). Incluye toma de corriente y conexión a la red WiFi del establecimiento. La conexión wifi es compartida por lo que si necesitáis una conexión estable y determinada, debéis solicitar el servicio de forma adicional.

Se pueden exponer videojuegos, juegos de mesa, trabajo de asociaciones… Los stands son de exposición, no podrán ser tiendas.

• El coste reducido de un ÚNICO stand es de 200 EUROS (Más IVA). El precio de coste para la organización de cada stand es 450€, sin embargo, queremos que sea accesible, por lo que rebajamos el precio gracias a los patrocinadores del evento.
• Para stands MÚLTIPLES el precio será de 300 EUROS (Más IVA) por cada uno de los stands. Con un límite de 4 stands.

La petición de reserva de stand general se realiza a través del siguiente formulario. Rellenando el formulario no se garantiza que tengas un stand, una vez acabe el plazo de peticiones nos pondremos en contacto con los estudios seleccionados para confirmar la reserva de los stands para el evento y os pediremos las cosas que necesitemos para el montaje del stand. Se contactará al email con el que respondáis al formulario.

Cada stand incluye 2 entradas profesionales.

📅 Tras esta fecha revisaremos los proyectos y daremos una respuesta aproximadamente del 20 de marzo al 30 de marzo.

Está prohibido todo contenido de blockchain, que promueva discursos de odio, gambling y/o que contenga IA generativas. MálagaJam se reserva el derecho de admisión al evento.

Do you want to exhibit your work in Guadalindie? We would love to have you here. We have an exhibition room with over 80 stands which will be formed by:

• Dimension of the stands: 2x2 meters (lenght x width)
• They will include a 2 meters width x 0,8 meters length table and two chairs
• In the back part of the stand, there will be a wall covered by a canvas of 1,5 meters width x 2 meters height. The teams might later take it with them when the event finishes. The WiFi connection is shared, therefore if you need a stable and specific connection you should request it additionally.

You can showcase video games, board games, work done by associations... The stands are just for exhibition, they are not allowed to be shops.

• The reduced cost of a SINGLE stand is  200 EUROS (Plus VAT). The cost price for organizing each stand is 450€, however, we want it to be accessible, so we have lowered the price thanks to the event sponsors.

• For MULTIPLE stands, the price will be 300 EUROS (Plus VAT) for each stand, with a limit of 4 stands.

Filling up the form does not guarantee receiving a stand. Once the request period finishes, we will contact the selected studios to confirm the reservation of the stands. We will reach out to the contact email address that you used to fill the form in.

Each stand includes 2 professional tickets to access the event
