LCSPA Non-Agent Listing Application
This application form is for Non-Agent Legal Professionals applicants for listing in the LCSPA and AVPA Certified Agent Database. Please read the LCSPA and AVPA Agent Certification Rulebook before completing an application. If your services provided fall under the purview of being an agent, leave this application and complete registration instead as an agent. Acting as an Agent while being listed as a Non-Agent Legal Professional can result in removal from the database and disqualify you from future Agent Certification. Any Legal Professional may apply to be listed as a Non-Agent Legal Professional so long as they meet the below criteria, pay the application fee, and pass a background check. To maintain good standing as a Non-Agent Legal Professional, approved applicants must continue to be a registered member in good standing of their bar association.

Application forms will not be reviewed until a complete application fee has been received. The application fee is non-refundable and goes towards the cost of the background check as well as the administrative costs of operating the certification program. If you are applying for dual certification, only one application fee is required. If you have any questions about the process please review the agreement and program components on the PA websites or email the PA's at Agents@LCSPA.org.
