This specific MMD is set and theme around the Roaring 20s. This event will take place on Friday, November 21, at 6:30pm in SLC bombshell. This is a paid entry event.
MMD (Murder Mystery Dinner) is interactive role-play event where players directly act as their characters to solved the titular murder of the night. Players move around, mostly stay in-character, and wear costumes and utilize props to help them narrow down the suspect and eventually call out the murder. Meanwhile, Narrators act out the roles of important NPCs, either as prime suspect or the victims, interacting with player and each other as the plot progress.
MMD is less focused on mechanics & is more immersive with the story than traditional TTRPGs, and does not require dice. This event does have a registration fee, at 10.00$ for non-WatSFiC patrons and 5.00$ for WatSFiC patrons. Dinner, as stated in the name are included!
