1. 香港建築物的「重新校驗」簡介
(講者:姚志偉先生,機電工程署 工程師)
- 「重新校驗」是一個具成本效益的系統性測試過程,用作適時檢查現有建築物的
效能表現。
重新校驗運用具科學基礎的優化方案,作出持續改善。機電工程署將會介紹正在
草擬中的相關技術指引及先導試驗計劃。

2. 強制性能源效益標籤計劃
(講者:洪慧姍小姐,機電工程署 工程師)
- 是次講座將介紹第三階段強制性能源效益標籤計劃,將涵蓋三類新的訂明產品,
包括電視,儲水式電熱水爐和電磁爐,並擴大現時空調機和洗衣機的覆蓋範圍。

3. 智能.協作.持續 – 商業大廈環保節能分享
(講者:黃漪婷小姐,環球貿易廣場 高級工程服務主任 及 林耀發先生,環球貿易
廣場 工程服務主任)
- 這次分享是有關商業辦公樓所進行之環保節能工作,由能源管理系統,數據分析,
有關第一,第二及第三類能源管理機會之實際工作均會一一分享。並分享如何將
智能.協作.持續之概念加以應用,將節約能源之工作溶入日常大廈運作當中。

4. 可再生能源及其在減少香港碳足跡排放之作用
(講者:梁耀彰教授,香港大學機械工程系)
       - 這個講座將介紹各種可在香港發展之可再生能源及其可否幫助減少香港的溫室氣體
排放作一分析。

5. 物聯網/工業4.0的融入改善及促進香港樓宇的能源效率與運作效率
(講者:曾錦林 教授 銅紫荊星章 太平紳士, 兆豐科技設備有限公司 環境和可持續發展
總監)
- 這個講座將介紹一個智能平台,集合了多種技術,達到90%照明節能;以及
自動化、可視化、評估樓宇數據測量(包括電力消耗和環境測量)。而建築外牆改良
和超級熱泵技術也具有相當大的潛力於協助樓宇節能。

1. Introduction of Retro-commissioning (RCx) in Hong Kong Buildings
(Speaker: Mr. YIU Chi-wai, Carson, Engineer, Electrical and Mechanical Services
Department)
- Retro-commissioning is a cost-effective and systematic process to periodically
check the performance of an existing building. RCx helps to develop a scientific
based optimization scheme and make continuous improvement. Draft technical
guidelines and pilot projects will be introduced.

2. Mandatory Energy Efficiency Labelling Scheme (MEELS)
(Speaker: Ms. HUNG Wai-shan, Emily, Engineer, Electrical and Mechanical Services
Department)
- The talk will introduce the third phase of MEELS, which will include three new
prescribed products, namely the televisions, storage type electric water heaters
and induction cookers, as well as expand the coverage of room air conditioners
and washing machines in the scheme.

3. Intelligence, Collaboration, Continuity – A sharing of the energy saving measures
in commercial buildings
(Speakers: Ms. Bonnie WONG, Senior Technical Services Officer & Mr. Henry LAM,
Technical Services Officer, International Commerce Centre)
- This sharing is related to the energy saving measures taken in commercial office
buildings such as making use of energy management system, data analysis and
works related to Energy Management Opportunities categories 1, 2 and 3. In
addition, we would also share with participants of the way in which the concept
of intelligence, collaboration and continuity can be integrated into the daily
operation of a building.

4. Renewable energy and its Role in Reducing Carbon Footprint in Hong Kong
(Speaker: Prof. Dennis Y.C. LEUNG, Department of Mechanical Engineering,
The University of Hong Kong)
- The talk will give an introduction on various possible renewable energy options
and their feasibility to help reduction of the greenhouse gas emission in Hong
Kong.

5. Integration of Internet of Things (IoT)/Industry 4.0 for Energy Efficiency
Improvement and Operational Efficiency Advancement in Buildings of Hong Kong
(Speaker: Prof. Kam Lam TSANG BBS JP, Director of Environment & Sustainability,
BillionGroup Technologies Ltd)
- The talk will introduce an intelligence platform to achieve 90% energy savings in
lighting as well as automation, visualization and evaluation of building data
measurement including power consumption and environmental measurement via
integrating multiple technologies. Building façade improvement and Super Heat
Pump technologies also assist for the achievements of building energy
conservation.
