Are you currently fully vaccinated/boosted for COVID-19? If vaccination guidelines get updated between now and August 2023, will you get boosted again if required? *
Our final vaccination requirements will probably shift based on CDC, California, and county recommendations. We may make rare exceptions to vaccination requirements based on medical reasons. Please email us first if you have questions.
If required, are you OK being masked and/or tested for COVID-19? *
If we held BASS today, we would require a rapid test on day 1, and probably masking while indoors. But we expect the situation will change by August, so we'll loosen or tighten things as needed.
Will attending BASS cause loss of income, and therefore be an economic hardship? *
We may be able to work with applicants to help offset that loss through stipends, etc.
We ask you to put in at least $50 for 5 days of instruction. The camp is heavily subsidized to keep cost from being a barrier to participation. Please choose one of the following options based upon your financial capacity: *
We encourage you to give according to your capacity. Your answer to this question won't affect the selection process.
Will you be attending summer classes? If yes, could that conflict with your ability to attend BASS from August 10 - August 14? *
If selected, I will arrive on time during the 5 days, participate in discussions, and help create a sense of community. *
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
