GAPS Mentee Registration
The Gender Advancement and Parity in STEM (GAPS) program supports our work to reduce gender bias in our field through mentorship and internships for people from marginalized genders. The mentorship program connects emerging and more seasoned environmentalists and scientists from marginalized genders together to network, support, and build capacity.

Please fill out this form if you would like to be a mentee in the GAPS program! Mentorship lasts one year, at which point you will be invited to join as a mentor!

All participants in the program will be invited to a closed Slack channel where they are welcome to share stories, opportunities, questions, concerns, advice, or just to connect.

The only criteria for participating in this program is being a member of a marginalized gender and having an interest in careers in the environmental or science fields. To understand the efficacy of our program and if we need to do outreach to specific genders, we are asking mentees to let us know their gender identity.
