I try to update the website as quickly as possible when bookings come in, but sometimes it's hard to keep up. PLEASE check the website and choose your rooms according to what's available there - this is just a static form and may have options on it that are no longer available. We'll get back to you ASAP about your booking, and if you can't have the room you want we'll let you know what's still available.
What happens next? I'll email you a confirmation with an invoice, and you'll then have 10 days to make payment and guarantee your place. I'm sorry, I can't hold places without payment.
Other important stuff:Cancellations and date changes must be made six weeks ahead of your retreat start date for a refund. If you cancel or change dates between three and six weeks ahead of your retreat date you’ll be entitled to a 50% refund. AFTER THIS DATE, NO REFUNDS OR CHANGES WILL BE POSSIBLE. There have been a lot of issues with cancellations recently, so I'm afraid we are having to tighten up on this rule.All cancellations and booking change within the terms are subject to a £30 admin fee.You will also need to take out holiday insurance in case anything goes awry.
