LOCKER ASSIGNMENT INFORMATION
- Students have the first two weeks of every semester to request a locker.
- Hallway lockers are not assigned to every single student. You must use this form or go to the attendance office to request a locker.
- Lockers are randomly assigned. Students will not be able to request their locker location, and lockers may not be immediately adjacent to your Adviser Room.
- This will be your locker until you graduate. If you've already been assigned a locker, go to your Student Schedule in PowerSchool to see your locker and combination information. Do not use this form to request a new locker.
- Lockers will be assigned 1-3 days after your request. Look for your locker information in your Student Schedule in PowerSchool.
- If you have problems with your locker or need assistance finding it, please go to the Attendance Office (Room 279).
