Policies
Please note that I do require a 24 hour cancellation window in order to better serve guests that may be on a waitlist, as well as cut down on gaps in the day.  

All no-show appointments will be charged a 50% rebooking fee in order to reschedule the appointment.  

I strive to make sure that every client that sits in my chair leaves with hair they love.  As stylists, we understand that sometimes adjustments need to be made.  If you aren't loving your hair 100%, please reach out to me within one week of the original appointment.  Any adjustments will be happily made that are in line with the original consultation.
