Camp YouthSeen 2021 Registration Hybrid
Thank you for considering Camp Youth Seen for your youth this summer! The dates for our camp this year are July 17th - July 24th, 2021. The camp team has taken all the feedback from both campers and youth leaders, staff, and health officials into making our decision for our operations of camp this year. We will be implementing a hybrid model of camp. This model will have 6 days virtual with 2 days offering in-person activities and drop-in time.

Although not ideal, this format for camp is providing the most opportunity for the community to come together in a responsive, safe, and inclusive way. YouthSeen works with our communities and stands as a leader in our local Colorado area, and beyond, for establishing partnerships with groups who specifically tailor their resources, education and outreach to our youth and young QTBIPoC (Queer Transgender Black Indigenous People of Color) /QTPoC (Queer Transgender People of Color) /LGBTQQI+ (Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Queer Questioning Intersex… +) community. YouthSeen as an organization strives to highlight the intersections that many communities of color face when addressing social issues that impact families that identify under the umbrella of LGBTQI. This also includes our community members identifying as gender non-conforming, non-binary, genderfluid, genderqueer and two spirit, which is often left out of the mainstream language around services. Camp YouthSeen as a program of YouthSeen stands firmly with this vision and strives to create an environment focused on queer and transgender youth of color and LGBTQQI+ youth.

Once you register your youth we will need a deposit of $150, which will secure your youth's spot. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your youth's attendance. If you made a deposit and your youth decides that they do not want to attend camp partially or at all, we would not provide a refund but instead would use it as a donation or roll it over and put it towards their deposit for next year.  If you have any questions with the registration form please email: campys@youthseen.org. Looking forward to a great summer!
