Doing both golf and bag toss? Please split your golf 4 sum into 2 bags teams below. (ex. Team A: Name, Name ; Team B: Name, Name) If doing the bags only, you have already listed them above and can skip this part.
So you know, we will allow new members to join the bag toss tournament at the beginning, but not in the middle. For example, if your golf 4 sum is losing 1 member after golf but the other 3 are entering the bag toss tournament, you can find 1 new person to show up for bags. They must be present for the first game.
Please list ALL T-shirt sizes for your team. If this date is after August 10th, you can skip this part. (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXL) (ex. M, L, L, XXL)
