I understand that if the event arrangements require extra meetings or prep time above and beyond the initial booking that an extra fee of $25/hour for meetins and prep time will be requested.

Table Grace may accept donations at a table in the "lobby" area.

The church will pass a separate offering plate during worship or concert separate from regular church offering.

The church will collect a "second mile" offering at the end of worship or concert.

The offering will be given directly to Table Grace on the day of the event

The offering will be kept by the church/organization and counted and a check will be sent to Table Grace for the amount donated.

Table Grace may accept donations at the food truck.
