Load-in Instructions. Please describe what time the musicians will be able to arrive prior to event start time - up to two hours is appreciated. Which door to use for load-in? Table Grace may accept donations at a table in the "lobby" area.
The church will pass a separate offering plate during worship or concert separate from regular church offering.
The church will collect a "second mile" offering at the end of worship or concert.
The offering will be given directly to Table Grace on the day of the event
The offering will be kept by the church/organization and counted and a check will be sent to Table Grace for the amount donated.
Table Grace may accept donations at the food truck.
