Please complete this form if your learner will be a seventh grader in the 2021-2022 school year.

Please read and discuss the elective course descriptions with your parent/guardian to decide which electives you would be interested in taking.  We offer one elective option to all students.  Although most students will only be enrolled in one elective, you need to choose your top three preferences.  This form will guide you through the process. We will do our best to enroll you in your first choice, but this is not always possible.

Student interest plays a strong role in our electives offerings.  We will do our best to offer the electives that generate the most interest.  Please note this does not mean that all elective choices you see below will be offered next year.

All students will be enrolled in English, math, science, social studies, and physical education.
