About the Membership Directory: Each year we publish a Membership Directory utilizing the information provided in this survey. This directory is distributed to each member to facilitate our community and aid in membership communication. Directories and information contained therein are not to be shared or distributed.
Dues Scale:August 12, 2018 - May 31, 2019: $25June 1, 2019 - August 10, 2019: $15
The term of membership for the group is 12 months starting on August 12th, 2018. If you join during the summer at the reduced rate, you will need to renew again in the fall to remain a member.

Payment via PayPal (note that PayPal may charge you a fee for this service):Visit www.paypal.com and log in to your account. Choose to "Send or Request Money" and input the email address: email@example.com. Click "Sending to a friend" when asked. (Do not choose "Paying for an item or service" as this creates an unnecessary fee for us.) A screenshot of this is included below. When prompted, enter the dollar amount of dues to be paid following the scale above (generally $25). In the "Notes" section, include your name as you input on this membership form. Submit your payment following the prompts.
Please note that dues can be paid in-person via cash, check or PayPal at the Ice Cream Social on August 12 (3:30pm-7pm), at the First Day of School Reception on August 17 (9-10:30am), at the Oakwood Farmers' Market on August 18 (9-11am) or September 1 (11am-1pm), at the New Member Coffee on September 13 (9:45am), or at the Fall Mixer on September 26 (7:30pm).
