This is the link to APPLY to be a craft vendor in our upcoming event, German Christmas Market 2025. Please review the below and complete each following question.
**Note that this application will be used to collect information on interested vendors. Submission of this application is not a registration or guarantee of placement in this event. **
Event Name: German Christmas Market 2025 (Weihnachtsmarkt).
Event Date/Times: Friday, December 5th, 2025: 1-7pm & Saturday, December 6th, 2025: 11am-7pm
**You must be
onsite during all open hours of the market**
Cost: $150 (Check or Venmo). Upon registration, you will be asked to pay $250. $150 is the vendor fee and $100 is a deposit that will be returned to you onsite at the end of the market. Your deposit is forfeited if you do attend and stay for the duration of the market.
Location: Lycoming College commuter parking lot (between Little League Blvd and Mulberry Street, Williamsport, PA).
Number: 60 Booths (you may not choose the booth location).
Spaces:
🎪Each booth space is 12 feet x 12 feet
🔌Electricity will be provided
Each vendor is responsible for bringing:
🪑Table and chairs
🎪A 10x10' pop-up festival style tent. Sides are recommended.
⚖️Weights for each corner of your tent
**Efforts are being made to raise funds for shed structures, however, vendor acceptance should be based on a tent setup.
Since spaces are limited, applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. The selection committee will then review all applications (notifications will be sent upon acceptance), advise selected vendors of their acceptance, and then request payment in full. Full payment ($250) is due via check or Venmo within 5 days of acceptance to hold your spot.
