Q. Can I cancel or change the reservation?
A. Since we provide last-minute deals, you can't cancel nor change the reservation.

Q. How can I check the reservation I booked?
A. You can check your reservation from the auto-mail that is sent and also from the booking history within our service.

Q. When am I charged for the reservation?
A. We charge right after you book the reservation. As the payment is processed when you go to the salon, you don't have to pay on-site.

Q. Which credit cards are supported?
A. We support VISA and MasterCard currently.
