How's your mindfulness practice?
There are many ways to do mindful activities. This is just an inquiry to help you to deepen your practice. By noticing the 'process' of being mindful more so than the contents of your experience. The contents tend to hijack us and keeps us stuck in the past or the future. The process in this case is to accept that it is ok to have these thoughts, and that it is ok that they are from the past or future.

Neither past or future can exist in the present, and it is only in the present where we can experience the wonders of living, it is in the present where we breath and are alive. A mindful practice is, ourselves, reminding ourselves, where we are at and in the moment.
