Thank you for your interest in Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas 2026! Please read the following information & complete application for consideration.

APPLICATION PROCESS:
Completing this application does not guarantee you a space.  We will notify you directly if we would like to move forward with booking you for this event.

COMMUNICATION GUIDELINES:
We receive an overwhelming amount of responses and will reach out to you directly via email if you are selected.

EVENT FEES:
For this event, fees are determined by booth size. All Tents come with (1) Light. Additional Fees will be disclosed per acceptance. 

10x10 Tents: $1000
10x20 Tents: $2000

BEVERAGE POLICY:
You must sell Levy Beverages at your booth. They are to be Coke Products in 20oz Bottles and will be provided by Levy. Some vendors may be approved to sell alcoholic beverages which are also provided by Levy.

MENU POLICY:
All food & beverage items with proposed prices need to be submitted to Levy & Insomniac prior to the event. Insomniac and Levy value price & portion consistency across all vendor menus. Price restrictions may be implemented once all menus are reviewed. Insomniac and Levy value price consistency across all vendor menus. Please keep menus to 5 items or less, additional menu items will be approved on a case by case basis. You may be asked to include breakfast, vegan, vegetarian, and/or gluten free items. 

SIGNAGE POLICY:
Signage will be printed on your behalf, No supplemental signage will be allowed. ie banners, LED lights, photos, A frame menu stands. You will have a chance to review & approved all Insomniac provided signage. 

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
All vendors participating at this event must have $5,000,000 of general liability insurance, $1,000,000 Auto liability insurance & $500,000 worker's compensation and employers' liability insurance. Upon acceptance to the festival, you will be forwarded additional information regarding insurance requirements and a background check. 

COMPLIANCE - HEALTH & BUSINESS PERMITS:
All vendors are required to be in full compliance within the Health & Business permitting requirements requested to operate. Failure to complete applications at times specified by Insomniac & Levy for health permits, business permits, etc, will result in automatic termination if you're already selected, and vendor will be billed all costs incurred to date on their behalf.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER POLICY:
You must have an ABC fire extinguisher that is valid within the state of vending. If you have fryers, you must additionally have a K-1 that is valid. Failure to bring these will result in automatic termination and vendor will be billed all costs incurred to date on their behalf.

GREASE POLICY:
Food vendors must use ground cover inside their booth & cooking area for the absorption of grease.  No grease or gray water is to be poured onto the ground or down any drains. Please be prepared to dispose of your own oil collection onsite at the designated dumping grounds. No grease or oil containers may be left behind. Fees for violation could be up to $2,000.

TRASH POLICY:
Vendors are responsible to properly bag trash & breakdown boxes within your sales location. Our clean-up crew will collect properly bagged trash. Not properly cleaning up your space may result in cleaning fees. Fees for violation could be up to $2,000.

WATER POLICY:
Water may or may not be easily accessible. Please be prepared to be self-sufficient. Please bring appropriate hoses, hose connections, & transport buckets. Grey water tanks will be provided. Hand Washing and 3- comp sinks will not be provided at this event. 

ZERO-TOLERANCE  POLICY:
The use or possession of any illegal drugs or consumption of alcohol will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Narcotics officers will be working both areas and enforcing all drug-related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event; violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found intoxicated at entry, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Be responsible, and make smart choices.

SECURITY  &  ENTRY POLICY:
Every staff member will be searched prior to entry. Please expect a TSA-style search, including emptying your pockets and bags, a full pat-down, having all of your items examined, and possibly removing your shoes. Police officers work both inside and outside the event. All narcotics laws are strictly enforced. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Children under 18 and/or Pets are not allowed onsite at anytime during load-in, show days & load-out.
