By submitting this form, you agree to receive occasional updates and announcements about your studio reservation. All studio reservations will require a valid professional beauty license or training certification. Once we review your request, a formal weekly rental agreement will be emailed.

We encourage subleasing, and you’ll keep 100% of the income from any daily or long-term subtenants you host. As a BeautyField resident, you’ll also get a full suite of digital tools to grow your business including custom-branded booking software, sublessor management features, and access to walk-in job requests and new client inquiries.

Additional perks include use of our shared event spaces, on-site laundry, and outdoor common areas perfect for events or just hanging out.
