Friday All Day- Hands on and Best practices Workshops
The tentative full schedule will be out soon for a packed conference.
Friday will have TWO keynote sessions, and 4 sessions with 4 presenters/workshops each to choose from.Swag bag, silent auction, vendors, lite breakfast, snacks, refreshments and lunch included.

Keynotes: Alisa Looney, award winning Idaho grown sculptor and enamelist, will share key moments of influence with her most instrumental teachers and mentors. She will also share her current enamel sculpture, which combines her design, metal fabrication and illustration skills into 3D forms with complex narrative surfaces
Cherryn Wight, Australian born, Idaho artist- Idaho artist will share her processes as an free spirited artist and guide the group through a hands on Kandinsky project at same time that we will install and leave as a gift to the school.

Friday night: PRIVATE EVENT just for you (spouses/SOs welcome)! at Boise Art Museum! and fun filled evening with the museum to ourselves, appetizers, refreshments, and art projects to enjoy!

Saturday Day: Master classes and workshops- Choose AHEAD between many options/various times/lengths/prices

Optional Sunday Workshop-Enamel on Steel- w/ Keynote, Alisa Looney, enamelist/sculptor and John Killmaster, Master Enamelist. Sunday, Oct. 7th 9:30 am – 4:30 pm w/ 1 hr lunch break. Class length 6 Hours. Learn to draw and paint with enamel on steel. Create two small panels, pendant and pair of earrings. We will use dollar store steel pizza pans & pre-enameled steel panels, which can both be cut into original shapes in class, enameled, and kiln-fired. We will be working w/ liquid enamel, watercolor enamel and crayons. Materials: Enamels and steel provided for two small panels and one pendant and pair of earrings. Add projects for additional cost. Conference Rates and IAEA 2018-2019 annual membership
Early bird conference rate $100 paid by Sept 5th-postmarked check or paypal submission
Regular conference rate $120 after Sept 5th
Late registration conference rate $140 after Sept 26th
Retired, Presenters, & Pre-service college student conference rate: $60
IAEA 2018-2019 annual membership: $30
Yearly membership fees are separate from conference fee.
Membership fees help our organization function and operate efficiently.

Boise State University Professional Development Grad Credit is available.
