Tech Team (behind the scenes work including stream setup, coordination, and assistance during the event)

Hype Team (engagement both before and during the event, including promotion of content, the selected charity, runs/runners, and goals/incentives)

Incentives Team (in charge of managing goals, donation incentives, prizes/rewards, and related content/media)

Social Media Team (engagement primarily pre- and post-event to showcase content, promotions, and increase visibility of event to widespread social media platforms)
