Managing by Network 2020: Individual Training Needs Assessment
The following survey is a self-assessment tool that will assist you in benchmarking your partnership and community collaboration knowledge, skills and abilities.

This survey is being conducted by Liz Madison Consulting as part of the Academy's Managing by Network course, cohosted by the BLM, NPS, USDA FS, USFWS, DOI CADR, and USACE CPCX.

The objectives of the survey are to:

1. Provide course participants with a self-assessment tool.
2. Help shape the course sessions to meet your needs.
3. Serve as one of the elements in evaluating the Academy's Managing by Network training.

Your individual answers will remain confidential. We will share the aggregate results with federal agency training coordinators and instructors.

At the conclusion of the Academy's Managing by Network course, you will have the opportunity to re-evaluate your preparedness of these skills.

You will receive your survey results upon completion of this form.

The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
