Eligibility Criteria
1. Impact-Driven Focus
Applicants must demonstrate a clear commitment to creating positive social, environmental, or community impact. This could include (but is not limited to) initiatives focused on sustainability, social equity, health and wellbeing, or local community development.
Previous Flexi Impact members are not eligible to apply.
2. Business Size and Stage
The program is open to businesses of various sizes and stages, including:

Startups (pre-revenue or early stage)

Established businesses scaling their impact
-
Non-profits and social enterprises
Applicants should have been operating for at least six months prior to applying.
Under the 2026 Flexi Teams membership model, successful applicants will receive a credit allocation based on the size of their team, enabling greater flexibility for businesses with multiple team members.
Once the monthly credit allocation has been exhausted, all products and services are pay-as-you-go.
3. Geographic Availability
The program is available to businesses that can make regular use of Hub Australia’s flexible workspaces in one of our clubhouse locations across the country. Applicants must be willing to regularly attend and use the space during the 12-month membership period.
4. Commitment to Program Participation
Selected participants must actively engage with the Flexi Impact Program, including:

Regularly using Hub workspaces.

Participating in community events, workshops, or mentorship sessions throughout the year.

Being open to collaboration and networking with other members.
Hub Australia reserves the right to reassign a Flexi Impact membership if it is not utilised by February 28, 2026.
5. Reporting & Transparency
Participants must be willing to provide updates on their business and its impact throughout the program. This includes:

A mid-term check-in on business progress.

A final report outlining how the program supported their growth and impact.

Consent to be featured in Hub promotional materials, reports, and case studies about the program.
6. Non-Competing Business Model
Applicants must not directly compete with Hub Australia’s core offering. Businesses providing workspace solutions or services directly related to flexible workspace or office spaces are ineligible.
By applying, businesses acknowledge these conditions and agree to abide by them throughout their participation in the Flexi Impact Program 2026.
Successful applicants will be required to agree to Hub Australia’s Member Terms and Conditions and Member Policies upon acceptance.
