Have there been instances where the Langley Flying School English Language Proficiency Test (LFSELPT) has been conducted in the preceding 12 months?
If there have been no instances, the questions below are not applicable and you can proceed to the bottom to submit the form.
In the event that the student failed the first LFSELPT test administered by a Flight Instructor, there evidence that a second LFSELPT was administered by the CFI
In the event that the student failed the second LFSELPT test administered by the CFI, there is evidence that the student's flight training was discontinued and the student was advised in writing to seek additional language training before they could re-attempt the LFSELPT a third time.
