Celebrating our AVA anniversary takes a village! Please sign up to help set up, throughout the day, or break down at the end of the day.

To answer some FAQs:
- yes, you can sign up for multiple slots
- yes, you can sign up family members...a great way to entertain a teen while you relax! *Those on the ticket booth must be over 21*
- yes, we can adjust the tasks according to your needs
- you'll be helping to set up and maintain common areas of the event, not any booth in particular
