Accepted Works:1: Any 2D work of reasonable size2: Work must be ready to hang with a wire hanger, works with other types of hangers will not be accepted3: Unfortunately we do not have adequate space for 3D work, but you are welcome to securely mount small 3D pieces in shadow boxes or send in framed photographs of your 3D works.
Shipping your work: 1: Work MUST be shipped and postmarked by September 27th. Any work that is received late will not be hung. 2: Pack work carefully and securely tape a piece of paper to the back of each piece that identifies the following information: Title of your work, your name, media, and price.3: Ship your work to: Angie Hamele Szabo Art Department Fort Atkinson High School 925 Lexington BLVD, 535384: You can also drop your work off at this same address, if you desire to go this route, please email Angie Szabo at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements. Show Details:1: Work will be displayed publicly at Cafe Carpe (cafecarpe.com) in Fort Atkinson from October 9th-26th and is available for viewing during normal business hours2: The closing reception is Thursday, October 26th from 6:30-8pm, appetizers will be provided for members and their guests. Patrons and members are also able to purchase a meal (many delicious options) or drinks (also many delicious options) as they desire.
Return of Artwork:1: Artist's must be present to take their work down at the end of the closing reception. (8pm on October 26th). 2: If the artist cannot be present for the end of the reception they must make arrangements with someone who can return their work to them. This greatly reduces shipping and eases the process of running the art show. Thank you for your understanding
