Register for the FREE Caregiver Seminar on June 20, 2017
Please register below for the free "Stages of Dementia and Behavioral Changes" seminar with Dr. Cherie Simpson, on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, taking place from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the AGE Building (3710 Cedar Street, Austin, TX 78705). The seminar will be held in the St. David's Foundation Conference Room.

Dr. Sherie Simpson, PhD, APRN, CNS-BC, will discuss how dementia progresses in the brain and how those changes can affect the behavior in older adults. Dr. Simpson is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Holistic Adult Health and a graduate of the University of Texas School of Nursing

The seminar is free, but advance registration is required, so we can be prepared with enough materials for all attendees.

You must also indicate below if you want to RSVP for the free elder care respite being offered during the seminar (walk-ins cannot be accepted that day).

If you need help completing your registration, please call Gailyn Trammell at 512-600-9275.
