IFTCC Conference, 2024, Attendee Application Form and Procedure
Thank you for applying to attend the 10th Annual IFTCC Conference, Poland, 18-20 Oct 2024,  to be held near Warsaw and within 20 minutes of an international airport. You will find all the relevant conference information by visiting https://iftcc.org/event/conference-2024/

Once you have filled out this application form and paid your registration fee, a private link will be sent to you which will contain private attendee information, including venue location. Please note, that if your registration is invalid due to any false information (for example you are an undercover journalist/LGBT-activist), your registration fee will not be returned to you and you will not be allowed to attend the conference.  If you are a journalist that would like to attend, please contact conference@iftcc.org.

Please do not share the private information on any social media/website.

You may select to pay your registration fee in either £ or Euro using the appropriate payment details below.  If you wish to use a credit card, please email conference@iftcc.org and the relevant link will be sent to you, but please note a 3.3% bank processing charge will be added. Confirmation of payments will be sent. Please note, invoices will not be issued unless requested (email: conference@iftcc.org). A 10% late registration fee will be added for registration made after 5th October 2024.

As appropriate, should the conference need to be cancelled for force majeure reasons, any monies paid to the IFTCC will be reimbursed to you, minus any bank fees. (Please note: Any payments made to any hotel do not come under the responsibility of the IFTCC.)

If this is your first time at the conference, please provide a person known to the IFTCC that will verify your application. This will probably be the person that suggested the conference to you. Valid photographic ID will be necessary if you are unable to name an IFTCC- connected person for verification.
Please select the registration fee that best suits you.  This allows access to the conference and all beverages. It does not include accommodation and food. Please use the bank details at the start of this form.  A confirmation will be sent to you. Please note, access to all the conference talks, via the online Learning.iftcc platform, is only available to those who have paid the full 3-day attendance fee. *

Full details of the Conference venue location and hotel accommodation within the venue will be accessible after the registration fee has been paid, through a private link that will be emailed to you. 
Further Information about Accommodation Costs

The Conference venue offers discounted accommodation (including breakfast) for all registrants on a first come, first served basis. You may also choose to have full board. Should you not wish to eat at the hotel, please bare in mind that the hotel has a policy where outside food may not be consumed in their restaurant. You are welcome to eat in your rooms or outside in the hotel gardens.

If you wish to find accommodation outside of the Conference venue, but still wish to share in the lunches and dinners at the Conference venue, this is also possible.

It is only possible to book accommodation at the venue AFTER you have paid the registration fee. 

It is essential to quote “IFTCC Conference” in order to receive the discounted accommodation rates:

All the prices below are for two nights accommodation, check-in from 3pm, Friday 18th Oct, 2024, check-out 11am, Sunday 20th Oct, 2024, full board (all food from Friday 18th Oct dinner until Sunday 20th lunch).

Single room – 993.98 PLN
Twin room per person – 744.50 PLN
Triple room per person- 693.38 PLN

If you wish to share a twin or triple room, you may only book these rooms if you book together with the people you are sharing.

If you wish to arrange accommodation outside of the hotel, but wish to join in with all the meals (the costs for the Conference food is 363,70PLN) or some of the meals (the hotel will calculate these for you) you may also do this. For all accommodation and catering needs, including allergies and intolerances, please liaise directly with the hotel.

Please note that your IFTCC registration fee includes all beverage costs as per the Conference programme.

Parking at the hotel venue is free to all hotel guests. Please give your registration number to the hotel upon arrival.

All hotel bookings are made by contacting and paying the venue directly.

Once the Registration Fee is Paid, You will be given information about how to contact the venue and secure accommodation.
