All seniors need to complete the graduation checklist (even if you are not participating in the graduation ceremony) so that we know how you want your name on your diploma.  This form is due by January 30, 2026.

Speeches:  I want to give a speech at graduation. Traditionally, Senior students have had the opportunity to give a short speech during the graduation ceremony. This participation is highly encouraged, though not required.  Only prepared speeches no more than 3 minutes in length, which have been run by the student’s Mentor teacher, will be allowed this year.  In the event that a student does not wish to prepare a speech, the Mentor teacher will say a few words about the student.

Yearbook Photos:  I am willing to submit the 9 pictures of the graduate (5 from baby through 8th grade and then 4 pictures: one from each year in high school ending with a current photo)   Photos need to be submitted by the last day of school.

Senior Shirt:  I am want to purchase a senior shirt.  I will complete the Google Form order shirt. Each senior should sign the signature sheet at the front office even if you are not purchasing a shirt.

Donation:  I will make the recommended donation of $5-$10.  Checks must be made payable to Mountain Oaks School.  Donation money is due by May 22nd.  You can pay with your credit card with the following link:  (Please make sure to add your student Name and Graduation Donation in the "Notes"

Senior Trip:  I am interested in attending the senior trip.  The $100 non-refundable deposit is due by March 20th and the balance is due April 10th.   We take cash, checks (made payable to Mtn. Oaks), credit cards payment.
