Certain sponsor tiers at Mare Fair receive a room at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista as part of their perks.
Use this form to request room night changes if you have a badge in the following tiers:
- Mare Enthusiast
- Mare Admirer
- Mare Connoisseur
- Mare Aficionado
- Mare Fanatic
- Mare Schizo
Mare Enthusiasts through Mare Connoisseurs will receive their choice between a double queen room or a single king room. Mare Aficionados and Mare Fanatics will receive a one bedroom suite. The Mare Schizo will receive a one bedroom suite and their choice between a double queen room or a single king room.
Unless otherwise specified, lower sponsor tiers will receive a double queen room by default. The standard dates for the rooms will be check-in on 8/27 and check-out on 8/31 by default.
Options for check-in and check-out dates are between 8/23 and 9/4. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
The con room rate is $119 per night plus 13.5% taxes. There will be an additional $10 fee per night if your room has three people and an additional $20 fee
per night if your room has four people.
All room changes need to be sent over to the hotel by July 26. You must request your room changes and fulfill all additional payments by this date. After July 26, we will be unable to make any additional room changes.
