What is CAMP? CAMP is a full-day nature immersion experience nestled in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, designed to cultivate sustainable, soulful leadership. Features of CAMP include:

- Experienced Facilitators: The program is led by leadership development experts and seasoned nature therapists who guide participants through transformative experiences.
- Nature Immersion: 20 acres of privately-owned land providing a deep connection with nature and a unique backdrop for learning and connecting.
- Community Building: Group activities, peer dialogue, and collaborative engagement create a supportive, engaged, and communal setting.
- Guest Experts: Invited speakers from various fields share insights on topics such as ecology, sustainability, astrology, ethical and inclusive leadership.
- Reflective Practices: Mindfulness, journaling, and creative expression techniques enhance self-awareness and introspection.
- Inclusive of Lunch, Dinner, and Experiential Programming: Cedar Root's private chef will be onsite preparing local cuisine. The CAMP experience includes a full lunch and three course candlelit dinner with wine and beer. All programming and facilitation is also included in the event.

Who is CAMP for? CAMP is for teams, organizations, non-profits, community groups, and individuals who are ready to engage in slow work, meaningful connection, and redefine, if even for a day, what it means to be productive.

When will CAMP take place? As part of this application process, we have reserved specific dates that CAMP will take place. Please indicate your preferences and we will do our best to accomodate. We will also be hosting several open-enrollment CAMP experiences for individuals.

Where is CAMP located? CAMP will take place at Cedar Root, 20 acres of privately owned land located just outside of Portland, Oregon. Cedar Root has lush forests, trails, a spring-fed pond, and plenty of place to roam. It is rustic, quaint, and an idyllic setting for group gatherings.
