SCCAPE 2026 Show and Tell Expo Submission

Share your experience, spark conversation, and build valuable connections at SCCAPE's Show and Tell Expo!

Evening of Friday, September 18th, 2026

The SCCAPE Show and Tell Expo is a high-energy, interactive evening designed to celebrate the real-world work happening in the SCD community. Whether you’ve launched a successful program, tackled a massive challenge, or found a clever solution to a common problem, we encourage you to share it!

This isn't just a poster session; it’s a showcase of ideas. We welcome all styles of sharing.  You can bring a traditional poster board, or you can get creative.  For example:

  • Interactive Tabletop: Set up a "demo station" or a hands-on activity.

  • Digital Storytelling: Bring a laptop or tablet to walk us through a video, app, or slideshow.

  • Creative Displays: Use art or other creative medium that represent your program’s journey.

  • Traditional Poster: If a poster board is the best way to visualize your data, go for it! We’ll provide the stand.

Eligibility: Open to all registered SCCAPE attendees.

Prizes: Two $1,000 prizes will be awarded to the most engaging and impactful showcases of the evening.

AtmosphereA relaxed evening of networking and showcasing work in the SCD community with drinks and hors d'oeuvres provided.

Submission Deadline:  UPDATE!  We have extended the submission deadline to July 15th.

Notifications: We will inform applicants on a rolling basis through July 30th.
